Hi there. My daughter goes to a charter school that does not sponsor prom. Therefore, the students form their own committee and throw a prom themselves. We were wondering if you are available May 11, 2019? And how much you would charge for the hours of 6 or 6:30-10pm?

The Only acception of the rate lowering is if still available within one month.

thank you for the message of interest to have me possibly DJ your wedding. The wedding package rate is $1,800 ($300 upfront to hold your date as a deposit).
The Wedding package includes up to 6 hours, including the ceremony set up and reception set up (co-located at same venue).

Wedding Package
This package is suitable for the large majority of wedding parties. It includes two setups if needed, The main setup for the reception & dance floor as well as a co-located smaller setup for the ceremony is also included if needed. Both setups include mic’s and sound. It assumes a one hour ceremony with cocktail hour, one hour dinner segment, one hour for special events & traditional segments such as hosting the toast, cake cutting, first dance & other special dances, bouquet & garter toss followed by three hours of dancing. A total of 6 hours are included (setup & tear down time is included with no extra charge).
Long Distance Events: Travel fee of $1.00 per mile (further than 30 miles from El Dorado one way only). Lodging Accommodations Required (with a venue further than 120 miles from El Dorado one way)
Total package price ~ $1,800.00 (for 6hrs) Additional hour $100.00
Packages Include the following:
* DJ in formal attire
* Continuous hours of music of your choice
* MC/Hosting of Ceremony & Reception
* Professional top of the line JBL & Peavey sound equipment
* Professional Party Lighting to flood the dance floor with Life & Color
* Cordless mic & lapel to be used for both ceremony and reception
* The MC will take care of any announcements confidently, including announcing the wedding party and other activities (ie. first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, special song requests, etc)
* DJ to keep the dance floor alive including Instructed Dances
* Consultation with us to plan and coordinate all the details all the way up to the wedding date.
* We will work with you to plan all of the details that make your reception and or ceremony exactly what you want.
